I purchased a Groupon to have highlights done. I contacted the merchant requesting a appointment. The merchant let me know that she had this Wednesday, June 19, 2024, available 2 PM open, I said OK thank you can I have your address. Her response was, “the address is on on Groupon.” I arrived to my appointment sent the merchant a text requesting her suite number. No response after 10 minutes. I called the merchant and was sent to voicemail. After waiting around, I left at 2:30. The merchant sends me a text stating that her assistant did not confirm the appointment and had me scheduled for June 26. no one ever contact me to let me know that January 19 was not available and I was scheduled for the following week so I show up to the salon and wasted my time not to mention the no response from the merchant. I advised the merchant that I was going to request a full refund and write a review. Horrible, and disorganized.

Strongly recommend Tina! She is very experienced, very competent and I only hand over my hair to her. I live very far from the salon, but I go there happily because I know I will love her work! Thank you Tina, you are awesome! See you soon! ??

I'm so happy I was able to find this location and a stylist who listens to the client and can execute on the request. I have not had my hair cut since October and been reluctant to try someplace as the last person did not listen to what I requested. I am so happy with the result and look younger. I will be back.

Tina is an awesome hairdresser. She does an amazing job, takes her time and also doesn't let you get bored while she's doing hair. She talks to you and keeps you entertained. I definitely recommend her!
