We recently lost a love one in our family, my Grandfather. Ruby and the rest of the staff had been such a comfort through it all step by step. We were lucky my Grandfather planned ahead so my Grandmother didn't have to make too many arrangements. The staff went above and beyond what was expected and our family is grateful.

I used this Funeral Facility for my grandmother and had Damon as my Funeral Director. The facility, the cost of services compared to what you get, the experience and the compassion of the funeral director himself was way more than I could have ever expected. I will always use Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home for any of my loved ones or friends as I can’t imagine anyone that could do it better no matter the cost. They are so easy to talk to and explain every process. Their truly a family I have witnessed care for others needs and wants for their loved ones. Many people I know have been buried here as family and friends and would use them and refer them to all.
