Excellent customer service! Doug was super helpful, friendly, and took the time to make sure I had the right product for the right job. Happened to see some nice flooring displays on the way out that caught my eye. Will definitely be coming back!Highly recommend this hidden gem :)

We had carpet man come install some LPV in the downstairs of our house (roughly 1200 sq ft). Their price was great and they came and did it all in one day. Wade (the salesperson) was amazing to work with and Antonio (the installer) did amazing work. They moved all our furniture then moved it back. I was fully expecting to get home and have to put everything back so that was a nice surprise. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Jacksonville ppl... if you're looking to get your floors replaced, check out The Carpet Man off Wells Rd. The whole experience was amazing from the sales guy, Keith down to the installers. They removed all the Carpet and installed LVP all I'm 1 day. Loving our new floors!! Stairs (tape has since been removed), hallway, 4 bedrooms, and 1 walkin. They moved all the furniture and disposed of all the old flooring. Highly recommend!!
