I’ve been going here for two years and it’s honestly the best gym in the area. Westen and Kira especially have done an exceptional job providing all the help that I needed while being here, shout out to them!

Great place to workout, either you’re bodybuilding, powerlifting, cross fitting and even swimming. This temple has everything, staff is always friendly and helpful, i enjoy working out here a lot.

The staff is friendly however when compared to the LAFitness in Lake Mary this gym needs a major face lift.
Old equipment, none of the newest machines, carpet is old and worn.
The location to my home is why come and the snack bar, otherwise I would prefer the lake mary facility.
I also visit LA fitness around the country and this is near the bottom in regard to equipment and cleaning
