After a rocky start with some miscommunication between the office, the salesman and me, things smoothed out after talking with the project manager Isaac Vasquez. I expressed my concerns about a couple of issues. He said he understood. He took charge of the situation and made the right things happen. He and his crew showed up bright and early. They were very respectful of our property and to my wife and myself. He and his crew worked very efficiently as a team.
We were very happy with our “new roof” experience with the Roof Guys. When we initially met with their representative he took as much time as we needed to discuss options, pricing and detail. They were patient, thorough and professional… but most importantly, they were not pushy! Once we made a decision to commit, every detail and expectation was thoroughly reviewed and put in print. Just finishing up our project with the roof guys now putting a new rough and solar fans. I would recommend 1000%. Throughout the entire process they are very communicative, informative and knowledgeable about the process.
They works great with insurance company public adjusters they need to get everything worked through. On the day of installation and a hard-working crew here and someone who communicated with me as the process is going what was going on.
Again, I highly recommend to those guys for your project.
