I don’t think I would have a person working on my house that couldn’t figure out a four way stop. I would wonder what other corners they’d be willing to cut.

If I could give a negative star, I would.I had a scheduled first appointment (7:30 - 8:00) on Friday June 24. Received a call at 7:15 am and was told they probably wouldn't be there until after 10:00 am. The appointment was rescheduled to Monday June 27th, first appointment again (7:30-8:00). I received a phone call at 8:05 to say there will be there in about 45 min to an hour. I guess they think everyone can wait around for them. Maybe I should charge them for the time I missed at work. Needless to say I won't be using them.Service: Toilet repair

They put a new water heater in my house and it was damaged so they had to replace it. I still have water problems with hot water in my moms bathroom. The guy who put my dishwasher in barely got it in good it took 3 hours.

Receptionist, Sandra refused my business after gathering 15 seconds worth of information from me. Father's residence has a leak and he has dementia, she claims she can't help even with the Power of Attorney in hand. To fix a leak........thanks for helping our family Sandra. Helping the elderly one refusal at a time.
