Our hot water heater decided to quit on us . Not only did they quote us a good price they got to it quickly . Our technician was Jordan. He was early to the appointment, professional, and even fixed a few things that the previous plumber had messed up years ago. I highly recommend Hefner for all your plumbing needs !
I have been a customer of Hefner Plumbing for several years for my basic home plumbing needs, including water conditioning maintenance, repairs etc. They are very responsive and professional on all counts. Recently I purchased an old house and set forth on an entire home renovation. Hefner handled all aspects of the plumbing for the entire project, replacing every plumbing fixture in the home, and repairing leaky fixtures, etc. They also installed all the new appliances upon completion of the project. This was a very big project involving numerous trades, and Hefner stayed ahead of schedule and finished the project on time and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend... read full review
