I've always had good experience here. Been coming here for 10 years, never had a problem. Dr. Kaplan is excellent as well as the nurse practitioners. The staff is always friendly and accommodating

Wonderful doctors and staff are doing their best, but it's impossible to get a call back/any voicemails you do leave will never be returned.Call to make an appointment and they'll leave you on hold for 30 minutes, pick up, then hang up on you.If you call and get an answer, and they say they'll leave a message for your doctor, be warned that that most likely isn't the case.Avoid calling and just go in person to sav yourself the trouble.

I'm a New patient to Midland Medical center, very pleased with Kenneth J Kaplan, M.D. Dr.Kaplan has seen me twice now in person. Both times I was very happy to see him take his time with me, answer, all my questions, and make me feel confident with him.The staff there is great , very friendly and helpful.
