I'm really sad to see that this company has had poor reviews in the past but also happy to see that that it means changes have been made since then. Our family can vouch for this company with pride. We used manning brothers for a year consistently. The first visit was the most in-depth. We found there was an issue with German roaches where we moved in. Not only did they treat our unit, but, they educated us on their habits, traits and how to avoid inviting them in our space again. Flavio was awesome!!! Ask for him!!! I had one of my tenants complaining about how many German roaches they had in the apartment. They came and after just one special treatment and one follow up, he hadn't seen any other roach. Easy going and on time. Not the cheapest but that's why it was good and effective.Services: General pest inspection

Great service and expertise. Incredibly prompt. Felt like they took the time to really understand our level of need, and did not try to upsell us on the more expensive service. I will definitely be using them in the future.
