If I could give Tina a 100/10 I would, she is so talented and sooo amazing! She is the kindest, I’ve been going to her for years now and she always does manicure to pedicure perfectly. Just like how I want them/ I show her a picture and replicates a 100% PURE TALENT! she is so genuine and always great attitude . I came in at 5:30, she gave me a full set and did pedicure/ stayed after hours. I appreciate her so much, thank you Tina for always gettin me right!

I’ve been a loyal customer to luxury nails for years. Last week, I made an appointment for my mom and I to get a mani-pedi. My nail tech did not speak English and could not understand how to do a French manicure. He kept muttering and huffing on me. He seemed visibly frustrated, and cut my cuticles until I stared bleeding. The whole experience was stressful and painful. I ended up paying almost $60 for a gel manicure that was mediocre at best. The worst part is they completely forgot about my mom, and after an hour, she walked out with no service.

They are ok. I just wanted to say if a customer is waiting for you to finish your chess game… better take the day off. Super unprofessional

First time trying this salon out and was super disappointed. Heard great things about Annie and decided to give her a try for a pedicure and it didn’t come out as expected. I will provide picture she barley file the bottom of my feet and when i ask to file certain nails she will do it if not she wouldn’t even check and they weren’t filed properly

I was very disappointed this time at Luxury Nails. The woman who did my nails seemed to be new and didn’t do a very good job. My hands and toes do not look professionally done. I didn't realize until I got home how the polish wasn’t uniform, some nails the polish went to the cuticle, while others didn’t. Also, my cuticles were not properly trimmed. I have been a customer many times and never had this problem before.

Horrible experience They were not busy A Technician sitting out front No one to Greet you waited 5 minutes Two people came out of the back and were filling a drink machine Finally one of them I'm guessing it was the manager asked if I needed anything I told him I wanted a pedicure and after a minute or so he banged on the w to get the technician to come in She walks in with an attitude and angrily exchanges words with the manager and walks towar the back and I walk out Horrible Experience
