    I have been coaching with Requel for several months now and have done a breathwork session with her as well and I HIGHLY recommend her! She is absolutely amazing! Her coaching presence and skills are top notch, as well as her breathwork experience. I hope to continue working with her long term!

    I am a mental health professional. Before the pandemic I kickboxed daily. It is my therapy. Once things opened up, I had a difficult time getting back into my workout routine. I felt like there was something blocking my energy. I was a different person. I knew I needed something other than therapy to "rewire" my brain and body. I looked into acupuncture. I called and spoke with Dr. Requel Lopes about my lack of energy and asked if she thought acupuncture would provide me with the "kickstart" I needed. I tried it. It wasn't just acupuncture.
