Two stars for the fact it was clean, the check in online was easy. The doctor (a PA really) saw us as we were preparing to board a cruise and had a child with an apparent ear infection. The PA announced “she has allergies. There’s fluid build up in her ear but it’s allergies.” I said no, my daughter doesn’t have allergies. The urgent care PA who had known us for 4 minutes said “yes she does.” And promptly rushed us out, no treatment other than “take OTC allergy medication” as it was 10:30pm —- right near closing. One day later, we were of course in the cruise medical clinic with the doctor seeing the infected ear - asking why the urgent care provider we saw before boarding, who saw fluid in the middle ear - prescribed nothing and didn’t treat it. It was now a full blown infection requiring antibiotics. We went to urgent care to avoid on board medical. The doctor onboard was shocked she saw the fluid, didn’t treat it and left us to go do the thing we were trying to avoid onboard in the middle of the ocean. One day of antibiotic and she’s well. This was negligent and sad.

Doctor was awesome! Put my son at ease while he was removing was from an earplug from his ear canal. Can't thank him enough for his courtesy and kindness he showed towards my son.

Dr. Mullen was amazing and so caring and knowledgeable. He’s a wonderful doctor. Barbara was the best-she made my daughter feel so at ease. I highly recommend them!

All in all a pleasant experience considering the circumstances with a miserable toddler. Check in was easy on my phone. No waiting, pleasant staff. Thank you

The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. No one came off as they were in a rush but they showed concern for my daughter and the doctor spent time to be thorough about her visit. I will continue to take my children to After Hours Pediatrics for non emergency visits.

This place is a blessing, not too many pediatric urgent cares are open on weekends and late nights, and it’s a much less expensive alternative to peds ER.
Our baby was not feeling so good so we brought her here. Maybe a 15 min wait, so we were seen pretty fast!
Nurse and doctor were both nice and helpful. This will be the place we come back to in the future!

Made us feel welcomed and like they actually care for the well being of my son. The doctor and nurses, even the front staff were very nice

I went to After Hours because my lovely daughter decided to stick a piece of apple up her nose. The process of signing in and being seen was quite fast. The clinical staff were very gentle when retrieving the piece. They were very welcoming and kind! Thanks so much for making her all better!

PARENTS BEWARE: This location is HORRIBLE. I came with a 10 month old baby with a fever. The chaos began with the “nurses” that started panicking about her hear rate and writing off diagnosis’s left and right INACCURATELY. Then, they performed a Covid swab and RSV test and I have no idea what kind of RSV test they performed but they sent me home with a misdiagnosis of RSV. Next day; baby got admitted to the hospital WITH SALMONELLA. I called and spoke to management who promised a refund and that never happened. Have to chase them down for that now. Horrible location.
