Heron Creek Animal Hospital

My dog Teddy had a growth on his ear that had to be removed. Dr. Frankowski and her team surgically removed it and other than him being a little groggy from the anesthetic he still is his same old self. Teddy has been going to Heron Creek Animal Hospital since he was born, almost 3 years now. I completely trust them and they always provide wonderful care for my dog Teddy.

We had recently moved to the area from Ohio and had our dog fall very ill. She had never seen a vet in the area and they worked her right in, had reasonable pricing, treated her and scheduled her for surgery the following week. They are very caring and I appreciate how they have helped us.

My dog has copd. A diagnosis which I paid a specialist for and have always taken my dog to make sure she’s up date. Unfortunately after Milton they have been closed and I have been unable to fill her prescriptions. I called this place hoping they would help me out and offered to pay for the medication as I can’t afford an er visit but they refused to help me for legal reasons. My poor dog can’t breath and they refuse to help me with her prednisone. Under normal circumstances I would understand. The whole reason I’d like to imagine people get involved in veterinary work is to help animals. Given the recent natural disasters that have impacted Florida you would think that a company that is supposed to help animals would want to do what they can to contribute to the local community but all this place cares about is how much money it can make. Sad really

I had a wonderful experience when I had to get my pup treated for an ear infection. The staff was friendly and the vet spent the time to explain what was needed. They also gave me a quote on how much treatment would cost. The facility is modern and clean and I didn’t wait for more than 10 minutes before I was seen. I would recommend it highly.

I've been going here since 2012 for a very good reason. Me, my family, and of course my pets are never rushed. I don't know how they mange to find only the best and caring ❤️ people but they do!
I've definitely had my fair share of emergencies, along with complicated health issues between the pets I do or have owned. Each last minute early morning late evening, drop offs, hospitalization I know they are being looked after. Somehow they make the time, while maintaining a peaceful environment.
But more importantly they work closely with one another health history to make sure they find root cause and the best health plan for your pet!

The best est place for your fur babies. My pup is always treated.. with the upmost care. Dr Holt and staff are always the most friendliest. We are proud to be part of their pack.

Vets are attentive, caring and thorough. Ilove that they collaborate with each other on cases. They are willing to research and reach out to specialists when needed. The clinic is very high tech. Technicians are also very skilled. Highly recommend them.

I came to this vet on a referral from a Facebook group and I am so glad I did. They had next day availability, and friendly staff from the moment I called. Dr. Bell is so kind and called me back right away with my follow up questions / concerns after my appointment for my dogs. The office is clean and has a calm environment for your animals (plus a separate area for cats!) which eases the stress of going to the vet. We’re so happy to have found them!
