We are first time customers and are so blown away by the customer service and the quality of the work! From Diana assisting over the phone promptly, with kindness and enthusiasm - to Jay’s incredible work on the day of service, we are just so grateful. I have a GSD that I commuted with in my vehicle for 2 years so it was absolutely filthy and filled with dog hair. Jay worked tirelessly for 4+ hours and it looks brand new! He was incredibly kind, efficient, thorough and professional. We will definitely be using this company again and cannot recommend them any higher.
