Horrible experience. I went in to set up an appointment she wrote it down in her book. The day of my appointment she was 2 and a half hours late. She had her nail tech wash my hair until she got there. I sat under the dryer until my hair dried and she still was not there. When she finally did show up she didn't do my hair the way I wanted it. I wanted 2 braids with curly ends. She told me I had to use her hair instead of the one I brought because it would curl better. After she braided my hair she didn't curl it like I wanted, she braided the hair all the way down and then unbraided it so it was kinky instead of curly like I asked.
