My Daughter has been a patient since birth, and she is now ten years old. The professionalism and customer service has always been high end but the most important gesture of humanity is the fact each and every staff member including Doctor has become an extended part of our family!
I am pleased with the professionalism and patience shown by Dr. Paschal-Thomas and her staff. I was late and they kindly honored my appointment. When the visit was over, they gave my son a book and a treat. Thank you for all you do to help with my family medical needs.
My daughter was extremely upset about having to receive a shot. Our assistant was excellent at calming her (and me) down and administering the shot. I appreciated her calm in that situation.
