I am pleased with the professionalism and patience shown by Dr. Paschal-Thomas and her staff. I was late and they kindly honored my appointment. When the visit was over, they gave my son a book and a treat. Thank you for all you do to help with my family medical needs.
My daughter was extremely upset about having to receive a shot. Our assistant was excellent at calming her (and me) down and administering the shot. I appreciated her calm in that situation.
Staff and nurses were amazing with my baby boy. Very calm with patience . I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and sanitation. I'm making them my babies primary care! Thank you Rozalyn and team!!!
