They turned me away and someone else after me because I was not black according to the jacklyn. She said this place isnt for me and my kids but the person before me was treated way nicer.

My Daughter has been a patient since birth, and she is now ten years old. The professionalism and customer service has always been high end but the most important gesture of humanity is the fact each and every staff member including Doctor has become an extended part of our family!

They attitude very nasty here I don’t know how they still have a job. They are unfriendly and looks like they’ve worked there forever and frustrated and tired. Please give them a vacation.

Had an appointment here last week for my daughter this would have been our first visit but unfortunately we were late. Our appointment was at 9 when they first open the office was completely empty and we arrived around 9:15am. It’s Miami there was an accident that morning so we were stuck in traffic. The receptionist was very unfriendly when we walked inside she already looked aggravated and did not even greet us. She told me she’d already removed my daughter off the schedule and she has no space for her to be seen today. Again the office was completely empty waiting room empty they’d just opened. I asked her to reschedule the appt which she also seemed annoyed to do. I will not be returning and i do not care too. The doctor has good reviews but the office staff needs some customer service skills classes. Sorry not sorry boo. When you schedule appointments you all should disclose after this amount of time if your late the appointment will be cancelled like all other doctors offices make you sign when you fill out the intake forms. Just bad communication. We would have been filling out intake forms for about 15 mins anyway so the doctor could have saw us. I’m waiting for my daughter EOB to make sure they didn’t bill us either or i will be doing a dispute. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE MAYBE TRY THE PLANTATION ONE.

I am pleased with the professionalism and patience shown by Dr. Paschal-Thomas and her staff. I was late and they kindly honored my appointment. When the visit was over, they gave my son a book and a treat. Thank you for all you do to help with my family medical needs.
