The experience for us was great from the estimate, to the design, thru the completion and follow-up. We were devastated after IAN - lost our cage in our pool. First off D R Aluminum was quick to measure, and gave an excellent quote. Kim was great. Then because of lead times we were originally told December for install of the screened in lanai. They got it done in early September and the guys that were working were top notch. Weren’t trying to cut corners on quality. I had a little issue come up and Geo got it taken care of right away. So here it is: Fast response on measuring, faster on delivery and install, top notch installers and managers, top notch office personnel and they respond to issues promptly. What else could you want? Thank you very much. Job well done.
