My name is Gary, l moved to Florida in May of 2023.l had been seeing a Chiropractor in Connecticut since age 42 after having a stroke. I was looking for a new Chiropractor that was strong and could treat my back plus l was having Severely leg Cramping. Dr Adam was a perfect fit for me. He was strong and energetic and came up with some leg exercises that helped eliminate the cramps almost immediately. His ability to adjust my back is outstanding. My back doesn’t get as tight as it used to be and l credit him and his Abilities for this improvement. I give thanks to Da Adam and his staff.

If you’ve been thinking about pursuing chiropractic care for one reason or another, I strongly recommend Lighthouse Chiropractic. Honestly, I’ve always been skeptical of this type of care, mostly because I really didn’t know much about it or the positive long term results that people can achieve.I had been dealing with cluster migraine headaches for years, often preventing me from competing in my favorite sport and essentially effecting every other aspect of my life.I saw an ad for Lighthouse on IG and decided to book. What an amazing way to welcome someone to its new hometown. Gotta say from the warm welcoming with the office staff, the very attentive and attention to detail DrAdam Podraza, their updated technology chiropractic equipment and overall wellbeing of each individual treatment…… Give yourself the gift of feeling better in the good hands of Lighthouse Chiropractic.Oh! And did I mentioned their traction/roller table(bed) fixed an old tail bone injury from almost 3yrs ago?!This office will fix injuries you forgot you even had! Lol!!
