The owner (David Pabst) promised a new roof by hurricane season (June 1, 2022) and he and his crew arrived early on 5/26 and finished on 5/29 and we got everything we bargained for and much more. David was present with his crew the entire time and the job went smoothly and professionally. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and when they finished everything was perfect with the property house and of course the new roof. It would be a huge understatement to say that we were treated fairly considering all of the extra woodwork and materials that were needed for repairs. And yes, his price was the best by far. Whittle's made a good estimate, not the lowest but not the highest. The worker spent a few hours each of three days in the heat and did a great job digging underneath some shingles, repairing damage, sealing flashings, and reconstructing the chimney box. I highly recommend them.
