Chris was amazing to work with. He is super detailed oriented. His home reports capture everything. (We’ve used him for 2 homes.) He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently walked through the home with us via FaceTime after his inspection, answering questions since we couldn’t be there in person. Plus he’s affordable! Thanks again Chris!
