Incredible spot for a fume-free, relaxing experience! Mallory made me free spoiled even with only the Tier 1 mani/pedi and everyone there was inviting and kind. They make all the product they use on you, in house with organic ingredients. I'm never going anywhere else!

I rarely leave reviews. I’ve been here a few times and I’ve only really had one good experience out of 3. I love the ambiance, and I love the drink offerings, but the nail techs I’ve had have been really inexperienced. I’m not a huge nail girl. I rarely get them done, but I know what I like. Both times I’ve gone, it’s been for special occasions. The nail techs didn’t know how to achieve the very simple look I wanted, so I had to spend a lot of time over explaining. This most recent time, I left with sore nails . As I was watching her do my nails, I knew what she was doing seemed slightly off, but again I don’t get them done often so I wasn’t sure. She had broken my real pretty close to the chicks from drilling. When I got my nails soaked off, there were cuts and dried blood under a few of my nails, and all of my nail beds are damaged.. I don’t know what she was doing, clearly she didn’t know either.
With thr prove and feel of this place, I respect quality service and that’s just not what I’ve gotten.. I don’t think it’s worth going here over standard nail salons unless you know your nail tech and know they’ll do a good job. My nails won’t be the same for months.
For added context, I got a full set with dipping powder. I asked for a natural loook with one coat of funny bunny and two of bubble bath:

Went in for gel manicure and before going I broke one of my nails. Was very worried that I was going to have to have one very short nail, but fran completely fixed it and made it good as new! I am so grateful. Everybody there was very kind.

Absolutely obsessed with my nails! The attention to detail was amazing, the salon was clean, and they really listened to what I wanted. The design came out even better than I imagined. 10/10 experience! Niko is my favorite, highly recommended!🌸💕

Enso nail spa is the only place I will get my nails done in Gainesville! I have been going to Aly for about six months now and my nails are perfect every time I see her. Highly recommend.

I was going to this place since 2021. After the ownership is changed I never been there until January 2025. The first time the owner worked on my nail for builder gel after two weeks the gel came out from my 4 nails. Then she told me that maybe another person can do for you. September 2025 was the last time when I was there and after two weeks when I was out of USA, I decided to do my nails. When the technician removed the polish color from my nails on beginning of October, we have discovered damages of fungal infection in my nails specially in my tumble nail(I have picture of damaged nail with date on it)They told me that the tools or materials that they have used were contaminated. The Dr. said that I need to use medicine for 3 months to make sure everything stays healthy. I never will go to this place again.
