The Yoga Lounge studio is such a welcoming and relaxing space. Everyone was incredibly friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. Since we were visiting from out of town on vacation, we especially appreciated that mats and props were provided. The studio was easy to find.
Nancy is an outstanding instructor! I brought my friend—who had never practiced yoga before—to two Gentle classes, and she absolutely loved the experience. I love The Yoga Lounge! A great variety of classes; terrific teachers and a warm and welcoming environment. I have practiced yoga at many studios locally and not so local - by far, my very favorite!!

The Yoga 🧘 Lounge offers a great selection of yoga classes that accommodate all levels of ability and experience. The teachers are excellent and are ready to help you choose the classes that best suit your needs. The price is also very affordable and worth the quality of instructions.
