Went today for my birthday for a couples massage and we had the best massage ever . Super excited about finding a new spa to go to hear looking forward to the n2xt time .

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been here. I just had an 80 minute massage with Valerie and I do believe it’s the best massage I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. She went above and beyond to work on my tight/sore lower back and feet as I requested. I already feel a big improvement and will absolutely request her when I come back. The atmosphere here is professional, clean, relaxing and just as awesome as I remember from a couple years ago.

The spa is really nice. However I was book for a regular Swedish massage. I asked for medium firm pressure on my back and medium pressure everywhere else. I did not get that. I was finger stroked the whole massage. I told the front desk my experience and was told if I wanted deep tissue I should have booked that. As someone who does massage asking for medium firm pressure on your back is not considered a deep tissue massage. The manager tired to give me a discount on my service for today , I told her that it wasn’t necessary. I’ll just accept that you are paying for an experience instead of a decent massage.

tinsley is the bomb.com, went for an impromptu pedi and walked out with a delightful mani pedi. she’s a delight to talk to and is such an angel! will be coming back this summer just for her. also if you’re reading this girl i’m sorry i didn’t get to bring you pierogies, my family ate them all!!!

I 💝 The Spa at Venetian Bay! 🌺🍹 I have had three visits here and every time has been almost perfect. The Restorative Massage was delightful and so relaxing. The Hydro Facial was extremely relaxing and cleansing. The whole spa is so clean and welcoming, and every staff member I have met has been nothing but kind and knowledgable and sweet.
My only gripe would be every time I use the amenities Lagoon area (✨which is gorgeous by the way✨) there were always older ladies in there yell talking at each other almost to a deafening effect. It is a pool/ lagoon area, so the echo chamber is already going to be loud. But this took away any zen, calm, soothing mana that you had achieved and made everything extremely unpleasant. I know you have rules about this, but they don't seem to be enforced, and we ALL come to spend our hard earned money to enjoy ourselves and there is no reason to be shouting at your friends from across a room in a Spa environment.
Otherwise, a magical experience. 💎🦋💎🦋💎

I received a pedicure from Tinsley today and she was amazing! I have never been to a proper spa to receive a pedicure. I feel like I’ve been missing out this whole time. No more walk ins to the quick nail salons for me! Tinsley was attentive and did a great job paying extra attention to the problem areas on my feet. I’ve never had a pedicure where I felt work was actually getting done. It was so much more than a quick polish. I highly recommend this spa for all your spa needs!

I have been here several times. They treat their customers like royalty. It is a wonderful experience. The hot tub and hot rocks are amazing. Every staff member is knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond . I truly cannot recommend this place enough. I will be going back again.
