This gym has everything I need to crush my fitness goals! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, plus the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. I love the welcoming atmosphere and the variety of classes offered – I can't get enough!
My husband and I (ages 71 and 67) visit NSB every April. We were delighted to find “our” gym with many new changes… new owners, better music, and more trainers dedicated to weight training. We train at a facility in MI and love how serious weight lifting makes us feel and how healthy we’ve become.
