When I hurt my back (again) after working out with my trainer at a gym, I decided to try something different. I was obviously doing something wrong because I was always hurting after working out. My main issue was my lower back. After the first couple of sessions with Jay I was feeling much better. He took time to thoroughly assess my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that has helped quite a bit. He explained every exercise and made sure that I knew how to use the machines correctly to get the best results. Don’t wait to make an appointment! On my first visit I knew I was in the right place after muscle weakness caused by previous injuries and a new hip. Jay is personable, effective and caring. Our one on one sessions were motivating. I now look forward to every session with him. Much better than any traditional rehab!!

For the last year I've been suffering from back/butt pain. I went to orthopedic Dr, pain management dr and 6 months of PT. Nothing helped. The 4 shots gave me a week or so of relief but pain came back. I thought I'd give Jay a try. He worked wonders. He told me the exercises to do and how to do them. These exercises were totally different from the ones the PT told me to do. My pain level went way down after about three visits. I no longer need to avoid traveling and sitting on a block of ice when I'm sitting. Pain level went from a chronic 7 to a level 2....sometimes no pain. I'm a happy camper. Jay gave me a wake up call to exercise.
