Beatriz is probably the most talented stylist I’ve ever met. If you’re in a funk with your hair (like I was today) you will not be disappointed in her expertise. She listens, she asks about your life and your hair and she creates a style that feels so natural and personal… just for you. This gal is a gem. I could not b more pleased. Thank you so, so much ♥️♥️♥️
I started going to see Beatrice at Roots since 2018. I started taking my daughters and myself to see Beatrice for tinsel. It has since turned into us going and getting hair cuts and color. Beatrice is always flexible, friendly and professional. The salon is clean and welcoming, plus it is a great location (5th Ave). I highly recommend Beatrice and Dahlia to everyone. It is a great family environment to be in.
I had never been to this Salon before and literally came across it by accident. You see, I had just come from another salon, (whose name I will not mention here) and when I got home and took my hat off I was shocked to see that my hair was a lavender color with a hint of ashy grey. I panicked because the next day was Thanksgiving and I had planned to join a group of people that would be meeting me for the first time.
