I love coming to Platinum Beauty Salon! Huge shoutout to Kat and Donna—they somehow always deliver exactly what I’m going for, even when I give the most generic descriptions like “just make it look good” or “a little lighter.” They just get it.
The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts too—while you’re waiting for your color to set, there’s always great conversation going on between clients. It feels more like hanging out than an appointment. Honestly, it’s the perfect little getaway and reset for me. Highly recommend!
I had Kat as my stylist. I immediately messaged her with an alteration I needed and she got me back into the salon within a 24-hour period to fix it for me free of charge. It now looks great and I am so happy I went back. She was very happy to help me with my issue and cares about client satisfaction.
Kat was amazing! She is super talented and did a phenomenal job with my hair. She really takes the time to know what you’re looking for and executes it perfectly. Thanks so much, Kat!
