I’d been searching for a local stroller fitness program for awhile & am so thankful I found Formfit. I’ve been able to not only continue my post baby weight loss & fitness journey but made friends for me & my daughter too!
If you live in Naples, this is a great way to meet new mom friends, get a workout in (in person or virtually ) & find a Community of women! At Formfit, I’ve connected with supportive ladies who understand what it’s like to always be Mom, whether home or working or somewhere in between! It’s a great workout too & love that it’s outside amongst the palm tree & blue sky!
