Sylvia , the job coordinator in their office, was great in helping with scheduling their re[placement of my A/C unit. Christian, their installer, was also great and spent a lot of time and energy helping me to set up and understand the new thermostat so I can check the status of my A/C temperature from New Jersey when I am not in residence. I would highly recommend this A/C company.
We just bought our first home in Naples and needed a new AC system put in ASAP. Downeast came highly recommended from multiple people we know, and we’re so glad we went with them.
We were able to get the install scheduled for the day after our closing which was INCREDIBLE. The old system was removed and the new one was installed in a single day. The techs were fantastic, our new AC and purfication system is running perfectly, and we’ll be using Downeast for regular service moving forward. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Downeast crew!
Great response time in assessing, quoting and remediating my issues. They were also very flexibility in meeting my difficult and demanding schedule. All personnel from initial service person to admin staff to final installation service person were extremely professional and polite.
