I've been extremely pleased with Downeast!! I've used them before and I just purchased a Service Plan. The owner provided service today and Sylvia who receives calls is outstanding!!
Sylvia , the job coordinator in their office, was great in helping with scheduling their re[placement of my A/C unit. Christian, their installer, was also great and spent a lot of time and energy helping me to set up and understand the new thermostat so I can check the status of my A/C temperature from New Jersey when I am not in residence. I would highly recommend this A/C company.
