Ofelia is a friendly, kind, knowledgeable, understandable,compassionate and pleasant lady. She really loves her job, confident in what she is doing, not afraid to fix any complicated and problematic hair. She worked on my hair twice, great results. This was my first time having Ofelia cut my hair. She made me feel very welcomed and was so sweet. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and we worked to get the results I wanted with my curl pattern. So for the curly ladies out there she is very experienced with curly hair.
