I have taken yoga classes on and off for over 30 some years. Doris is above and beyond my other teachers, you feel her commitment to your success and transformation from day one, she is a great teacher who explains the postures very clearly so that we get maximum results. Plus, we practice listening to beautiful Christian music interspersed with Doris’s great sense of humor and wisdom regarding how to take better care of ourselves. I know this is long winded BUT something any shorter would not describe the gift of Doris Bishop in my life through her most amazing yoga class!

These classes are very beneficial as well as great fellowship with others who quickly become friends. Ii have found it to be encouraging spirituality as well as physically. I love the Christian music that is played during each session. Doris is a wonderful, energetic instructor who truly cares for her students.
