A life changing experience!!! I went for my yoga certification and received so much more! The whole time living at the ashram I felt at peace. I learned not only lots of yoga poses, but I was immersed in the true yoga. Taught by Yogi Hari who is a true master with a lifetime of experience, you will definitely be glad to learn here. All of the real & true teachings of yoga. Eating properly, learning, chanting & yoga asanas are just the beginning. After being immersed for 2 weeks you'll be both knowledgeable and refreshed. Best experience I've ever had ❤
January YTT. This course is for people who want a very very traditional HATHA yoga experience. Yogi Hari is also a musical Master! Lots of Kirtans, and Mantras and Chanting. A healthy musical experience and many philosophic opportunities. The people that get the most of this course come with no expectations and don’t want to learn “westernized culture yoga”. It’s equal parts physical and spiritual.
