Man. How much they have changed in the years since I wrote my original review.Back then I used to give them the benefit of the doubt for the long wait times, unorganization and I even drove all the way down to their office to continue to do my taxes there, even though I moved almost an hour away. This year I had my taxes audited and reached out to Eddie for advice on what I needed to send the IRS. He took forever to reply - regardless of my multiple calls and emails. He finally replied with a half-assed response. I sent my items to the IRS.They came back with more questions - and a very large sum of money that I had to pay. Again, I reached out to Eddie.
