Today we received the building department's final approval of the 75ft dock (including a 14ft floating dock) and 16,000 lb boat "cradle" lift, that Southern Marine Construction installed at our home in San Souci (North Miami). Robert Rossi had personally supervised each step of the process, making sure everything went smoothly and expeditiously as possible. In sum, great job, service and price.
