I recently signed up at Miami Strength and Fitness and I could not be happier with my new gym. The facility is clean, well-maintained and has every piece of equipment you need to get a great workout. The staff is friendly and though I don’t have a trainer, it is evident that they care about their clients and know their craft well. After years of working out at LA fitness, and dealing with all of the headaches that come with corporate gyms, it’s incredibly heartening to know that gyms like Miami Strength and Fitness still exist.
I was able to get a membership easily, they have an app to scan for after hours, personal trainers who are friendly, as well as classes. Military friendly and great pricing. Would recommend.
Great place to workout! They have a variety of equipment perfect for working out by yourself or with a trainer. Very organized and clean, plus the staff is awesome and always courteous ! Would recommend to my friends and family.
