    The Geek Squad here was a total scam. I had to prepay $200 and was told if they could not fix my laptop I would be fully reimbursed. Instead, they gave me my laptop back still broken and would not give me any of my money back. Would not recommend going here.

    Do NOT order from Best Buy. Twice - my delivery (with a guaranteed delivery date) was not delivered. Lowes has it delivered in 2 days. Best Buy didn’t even compensate for the inconvenience.

    I am traveling and the charge on my phone was giving me issues. JP from the geek squad is a life saver! I had issues with my phone charger and he fixed it up.Traveling with out the phone would have been hard. Thanks again JP!
