In short, HORRIBLE Customer Service.Not one but two very poorly handled orders with this company. The company self admitted the first order was clearly their mistake and no resolution to fix the issue was given or offered. For some reason I decided to give them another chance on a second order and expected a different result. Nope! The final product I was given was nothing like the template I provided.
