The lady in the front desk told me I had to leave because my baby boy was crying she told me the doctors were complaining about the noise , bad customer service they don’t know how to treat people or babies don’t bring your kids over here there’s a better urgent care on 125th st North Miami…… Mr. CEO of the worst urgent care, you are the one that’s incorrect………To whom it may concern My son was not pounding on your glass front door, was he running up and down yes he was, and as so I picked my baby boy up and placed him on me to sit your front desk receptionist (she was the only person working the front desk when my children and I arrived)did not say there’s was no rooms available, she did not tell me, could I please go to my car with my son, she did not say anything of which you are claiming she said. You sir or madam are incorrect, She told me that I needed to leave with my son that’s how she said, and it took a few seconds for that to register and when it did I got up with my baby boy and asked her could she elaborate, your employee/receptionist proceeded to inform me that yes my son’s crying was irritating everyone in the office and that it’s not fair to everyone here. You guys are a joke to the community, you don’t treat Mothers, kids, and elderly with compassion, understanding.people are in pain when we come to you, we want to feel welcome and me and my children didn’t feel that from this medical facility you might’ve succeeded in a few things but Treating people with kindness and understanding is something you cant do. Discrimination is what you succeeded in. I don’t mind talking to the actual person about this, but Mr/Ms tweeting fingers please stop with the gaslighting.

If you are looking to avoid a negative experience from the moment you arrive, I would not recommend this place. The initial interaction with the front desk staff felt unprofessional and lacking in courtesy.
That being said, the ARNP was very kind and professional. She took her time during the examination and thoroughly explained my condition, which I truly appreciated.
When seeking medical attention, especially while feeling unwell, one expects a higher standard of care, empathy, and respect at every level. Unfortunately, this was not consistently provided.

The staff is rude. But besides that and more importantly. They refused to see me because they failed to verify my insurance ‘online’. And wanted to charge 7.5 the times of my consult without right to amend once the insurance was verified. I asked them to call as i had called myself 20 minutes before and I was referred to them. They called another number and put it on speaker so everyone could hear that office was close in weekends. All of this without even ONCE asking me what or how severe my situation is. They were in a rush to close at 5. Another patient left right before me from being gaslighted as well.

Do not subject yourself to this place. I went there today cause I had a sore throat. I was taken to an exam room and then a gentleman walked in who identified himself as a medical student. He said he was gonna take my vitals which he did, he asked me a bunch of questions fell around for my lymph nodes looked in my ears, looked at my throat when he finished. He told me that “Mallory” would be coming to see me next. because I never had a medical student take my vitals before I had a sinking feeling Mallory was probably a physician assistant The question is she a PA and the medical student said yes she is. She repeated the same exact exam and questions when she entered the room she could not have been more than 25 years old. So between the two of them the degree of experience to say it was limited as an understatement. My throat was on fire, but Mallory said that she did not see any redness in my throat. I forgot to mention that while I was waiting for Mallory to come in somebody who did not identify himself wearing black scrubs popped his head in the room and asked me if I wanted to take a test for the flu and for Covid for $50 since we all know those test don’t cost $50 and on top of that I had taken one of those tests already before I went to urgent care and tested negative. I told him no thanks. After Mallory told me she didn’t see any redness in my throat. I said well, my throat‘s on fire. Can you at least take a swab to see if I have strep and this is maybe the best part of the story her answer was no because we don’t have any strep tests here we ran out my response was to say I guess I should’ve asked that question first. Suffice it to say this place is a joke. I don’t know if there was a medical doctor on premise. It seemed like it was being run by a bunch of early 20 some things and when I say run, I use that word loosely. It was a complete and colossal waste of my time so if you want true medical care do not ever go to this meditation. They should really be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves an urgent care place what urgent care place runs out of strep tests? Where’s the doctor? How about a little explanation when these children come in like they could introduce themselves maybe tell me how long they’ve been working or something about themselves. They seemed clueless and it’s not their fault but at the end of the day, if you want to get seen by a medical doctor, don’t go to medi-station.

I wish this urgent care was good, as it is very conveniently located for me, but it is the second time I go there and have a very poor experience.
