Our HOA uses them and not satisfied. Blow away stones and soild. No raking, Do not speak any English on the job. Once they have the contract they slack off on agreed area contract details.

I dread but accept the days "landscapers" trim the bushes and trees on our properties in Windmill Lakes. Last week Greenway, USA outdid themselves and unfortunately, our HOA did not warn us they were coming. In addition to the debris they left behind, they managed to ignore a dead palm frond yet manage to break my favorite garden figurine in 3 places (it is now on my terrace). The best part was the smell of urine one or more of the landscapers left behind in MY garden. I doubt they relieve themselves in THEIR front yards! No response to my complaint from my HOA and none from the company.
