Professional friendly staff. They are helpful with managing insurance coverage and estimating the cost of dental work. Dr. Matthew Payne is the best doctor. Dr. Payne has managed my extensive dental care for the last 10 years and is excellent with preventive care and highly skilled in his work. I used to be so fearful of dental appointments, now I'm relaxed and confident that I will receive the best care, always pain free and leaving with instructions to manage my dental health

5 years ago I was told by my dentist I would need oral surgery to remove my wisdom tooth. I called Dr Payne's office because I couldn't stand the pain anymore. I called on a Thursday around noon, the next day Friday 8 a.m. I was being seen. They removed the wisdom tooth and I was in and out in less than 55 minutes. The receptionist Kim was nice enough to give me a quote over the phone and she nailed it!!! Very amazing staff and Dr's!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and I will now be using them for my dental needs! Thank you so much for everything!!!!!

I live in dothan, AL and drive to payne & payne dentistry for my oral services because they are the most friendly staff I have ever incountered in a Dr office setting. They have done a couple of oral procedures to me and I have been very pleases with their work! I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a dentist!
