I had the absolute privilege of meeting Victoria today. I had tried to color my own hair and it turned out Cheeto orange. She had me come right in and made me feel like a million bucks! I never treat myself, but I needed help today and she rescued me. She knows color! Five stars all the way.

Made an appointment online through their service, received 3 reminder texts, when I got to salon ,10 minutes early, it was closed up tight. Waited until 10 minutes after appointment, no one showed. Service received-zero The owner did reach out and explained there was a booking error and offered complimentary service at my convenience.So rating changed from 0 to 4.

Last weekend I had out of town family I haven't seen in a long time visit - I wasn't quite prepared when it came to my appearance. I have long hair and it was in need of some care. I called Hair by Heart, last minute, on a Saturday, and they took me in immediately. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. I have never been to a hair salon and they were very communicative on how the process worked. They treated me like a life long customer and made me feel at home. I was very pleased and the cost was very fair. I will be going back.
