My appointment for a full set and pedi was scheduled for 3:30, and I didn't leave there until 6. I waited a ridiculously long time for having an appointment. The gentleman scheduling customers needs to DO BETTERRRR!!!! I heard him on multiple occasions saying to customers making appointments, "If we're busy, you'll have to wait. " Well, that's the whole reason why people make appointments! I understand waiting a little, but DAMN!

I went to this salon for the first time and was very impressed! People were friendly and listened to my questions and concerns. I had Anna who was really terrific! I will definitely go back!Services: Pedicure
