I absolutely love this vet practice. It is the small, personal practice that every pet owner dreams of. I made the switch from another practice a year ago when Gentle Care treated me more like family on an urgent need than my established provider did, and I have never regretted that decision.
The office and tech staff members are incredibly patient and kind while also knowledgeable. Dr. Felipe is like an animal whisperer - I believe he always takes as conservative approach as possible, and I fully trust his recommendations.

i came in for an international health certificate for my cat to travel to colombia and the service was amazing! i was in and out and and Dr. Clifford was very nice and same with the front desk. it was all super quick and even the price transparency was refreshing. i spoke with Holly originally and she was great and answered all my questions and concerns before going in. i highly recommend!

Took my Shiba Inu in for ear issues and they were very friendly from the time I made the appointment to leaving the office. They were informative and up front with me with what the treatment would be but most importantly they were very kind and easy going with my skiddish and anxiety filled doggy. Will be visiting again with my other pet for Veterinary visits:
