Warning to all..... be sure you have your referral number from your insurance provider before you make your appointment. It took me two weeks and five phone calls to get them to find my referral and release it so it could be used to make my appointment. I felt like I was doing their job for them making sure they did what was necessary to get me my appointment. Calling back and asking twice for the release of my referral approval is something I should never have to do. Better training their staff should be one of Watson Clinics main goals.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LONG COVID ASSISTANCE. I have had long covid for over 4 years. Haggerty (and staff) was rude and judgmental, and instead of helping me she treated me like i was crazy and charged me a fortune to do so. I found cures myself - probiotics, activated charcoal and oregano oil - this clinic is a complete detriment.

This place is hit or miss with the quality of doctors. I've had a specialist who spent a total of 3min and 45 seconds with me. Another did an exam and said my exam was normal but did not mention what they said was NORMAL WAS A BODY PART THAT HAD BEEN SURGICALLY REMOVED. I'm pretty sure body parts do not grow back. My primary care NP is wonderful. Like I said it's hit or miss with the docs.
