Sorry this is gonna be a long one. I have to share a short story so that way you can understand Why This Office is so special to me and my family. It was my father's final days. I had looked up the office that had taken care of my mother. On that office's website it was stated that they offer prepaid services. I made an appt. I went and spoke to someone and got all the prices together to pick up my dad and fly him out to CT. I took out my credit card and the person I was speaking with tells me that they do not offer prepaid services. I popped up their website and showed where it said that. Scott and the staff were very professional and did a wonderful job communicating throughout the entire time to handle my mother's cremation and internment. Thank you so much Scott and David Russell funeral home.

If you’re looking for a loving caring funeral home for your loved one I highly recommend David Russell. Everyone is treated like family here you will be met with love and compassion and great communication during this hard process. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Having new ownership since late 2015, David Russell Funeral Home has a mission of serving all people within our community and the surrounding area, with an integrity, sincerity and compassion they would desire following the death of their own loved ones. There are 3 rules that the owner-licensed Director of 28 years, Scott Norris, uses to guide the performance and policies of his establishment and it's staff. "We must be APPROACHABLE. Regardless of the hour, we shall be patient/kind.... listening to the folks that come to us for our expertise. "We will be SINCERE. People in grief can see right thru canned statements of sympathy. It's insulting to "act" to people's loss. "We will be HONEST! Damn those who cheat the bereaved.
