Well the WHOLE visit was awesome! From the politeness of the front desk lady(Marissa). To the friendliness and promptness from the dental assistant(Jennifer). Dr. Reed was very informative and worked diligently on my problem area(s) to relieve the pain I WAS having!! And last but certainly not least. The office manager(Candice) was definitely a pleasure to talk to and receive information from! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! I AM goin to recommend Coastal Dental to any and ALL of my friends and family! Yall got it goin on!! Keep up the AWESOME JOB!!!

I especially appreciated the help provided today by a young woman dental aide. I'm not sure of her name but I think it was Britainy. I was concerned about the costs associated with my treatment plan. She took the time (and even discussed with the manager) my costs. She spoke to me with kindness and respect and resolved my questions.

Started out not good. They canceled my appointment because they looked at my old phone number and not the one I entered when scheduling the appointment. Made me come back 3 1/2 hours later for another appointment. Told me they didn’t have time to check my benefits and hopefully they would have time in the next 3 1/2 hours. I returned back at 12:00 and they saw me promptly and did x-rays and offered to remove my tooth the same day. The dentist was very nice and professional and worked very hard to get the tooth out. The assistant was also very nice.
