I’ve been seeing Dr. Bradley Bartell at Advanced Spinal Care Mediical Spa and Massage since the beginning of October 2025, and the improvement I’ve experienced in that short time has been incredible. I now have significantly better range of motion in my neck, along with noticeable relief in my pain levels. I’ve also gained more mobility in my hips and lower back.
What truly sets this practice apart is the level of care and attention they provide. As someone who uses a wheelchair, Dr. Bradley goes above and beyond to make sure I feel safe and comfortable during every visit. He takes his time helping me position correctly, assists me on and off the table, and always reassures me so I never feel at risk of falling.
The entire staff is wonderful—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Karen at the front desk is especially lovely and welcoming, and every interaction has been positive and helpful.
I also highly recommend Patrice, the massage therapist. She gives one of the best massages I’ve ever received. She’s incredibly intuitive and clearly very experienced in helping people feel better.

I was gifted a relaxation massage from advanced spinal care as a valentines drawing. Everyone at advanced spinal care were extremely nice and welcoming. The massage was a much needed 1 hour relaxation for me. The massage therapist addressed every issue.

I don’t know what kind of spine sorcery Dr. Bartel does, but babyyyy when I tell you I left that office floating...I mean it! My back popped like bubble wrap, my neck cracked like a bowl of Rice Krispies, and suddenly I could see colors sharper and breathe like I just got a new body upgrade. I walked in shaped like a question mark and walked out like an exclamation point. 🙌🏽 10/10 would recommend if you like your bones rearranged....respectfully. 😌

Dr. Bradley is AMAZING! We moved over 40 minutes away from his office but it is SO WORTH THE DRIVE! He takes his time with you to make sure all your chiropractic needs are met! He is not pushy about coming back. But lets you know his office is ready whenever you need them! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this doctor and his staff! You won’t be disappointed!Two thumbs up, 5 star rating!

My 12 yr old daughter who's very healthy and active in sports began complaining of neck pain along with headaches and lower back pain (non trauma related). She was a bit nervous but the staff being so kind and taking their time and explaining everything thoroughly really made her feel comfortable. Dr. Brad and his assistants were so informative, so kind, and gentle with my daughter and it's just clear that bringing her to Advanced Spinal Care was by far a blessing. Dr. Bartel is genuinely a doctor who truly cares for his patients and takes time to make sure all questions are answered and truly gifted in his abilities. Best of all my daughter felt better right after her very gentle first adjustment and has not complained of any pain since. I feel confident in the knowledge and future recommendations and treatment plan that she will remain his patient whenever needed. Dr. Brad and his staff from the lovely kindest receptionist Karen to Nicole one of his assistants, even the office manager Holly came out and greeted us will make you feel so welcomed.
