I’ve suffered from chronic lower back pain ever since a motocross accident years ago. The pain would flare up several times a year to the point where I could barely walk. Even when it wasn’t at its worst, I constantly dealt with significant lower back pain, especially after long car rides.
I also had another serious motocross crash where I was knocked unconscious and badly bruised. After that accident, I developed severe tension and discomfort in my upper back and neck that never seemed to go away.
