Haven’t had a haircut in 2 years and was very nervous for anyone to cut my hair. I found Velvet Lab and called to see if they could fit me in. Incredibly nice over the phone and told me I could come in right away. I was greeted by name at the door and introduced to Maya who made me feel so comfortable and ensured my hair turned out exactly the way that I wanted. I will definitely be back and recommend her and Velvet Lab to everyone I know. Maya was absolutely incredible and made my hair look better than I could’ve imagined!

I’ve been seeing Dana for over 10 years, and I can honestly say she’s the best! From flawless foils to perfect base breaks, she consistently delivers beautiful, natural-looking results that grow out seamlessly. Dana takes the time to really listen and understand what I’m looking for, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also warm, welcoming, and makes every appointment feel like a treat. I always leave her chair feeling refreshed and confident. The salon is clean with a relaxed environment. A variety of hair products are displayed in the reception area. Coffee, water, and sodas are available in the small fridge in the waiting area. I come to the Salon specifically to be cared for by Chris Wonder.
